Borrowing Rules

1. Toys can be borrowed for a maximum period of 3 weeks. They are unable to be borrowed by the same person on the day of return.
2. The Belmont Toy Library Committee accepts no responsibility or liability for accidents sustained in the library or through the use of the toys.
3. No toys (other than the party pack) can be reserved under any circumstances. They can be borrowed on a first come first served basis.
4. Members must clean toys before returning them to the Library.
5. A non-refundable $2 fine applies to lost or broken pieces and late returns.
